What do you PROMISE yourself you will do on your next trip?
So I am a BIG chicken, and I have decided that at 34, I should be able to handle these rides.
I am making a commitment right here and now, I WILL be riding these for the VERY first time in 3 weeks!! 1. TOT 2. Big Thunder Mtn Railroad 3. Mission Space I WILL watch the shows in: 1. Canada I WILL eat at: 1. Beaches N Cream- The Kitchen Sink with my family 2. Wolfgang Pucks Express 3. Crystal Palace Pooh Character Meal I WILL NOT: 1. Let others dictate my mood for the day 2. Lose my cool with my kids or husband 3. Complain about the heat, I know its going to be hot 4. Cry when I leave.... ok, that one is debatable... LOL Anyone else have any firsts and promises they have made for their next trip? Amy |

I've been going to Disney forever and I've never done Tower of Terror. This year will be my first time as well!

This time we have 8 day park passes, which is alot for us. I INTEND on slowing down and taking the time to enjoy the little things and not rushing from one thing to the other. Is this foolish?

Last year I managed Space Mountain for the first time. OK I did scream all the way and smacked my husband upside the head after for telling me it was no big deal, but I did it. This year I figure i can go ahead and try splash mountain, it can't be any worse.

I will NOT chicken out on Tower of Terror
I WILL try a Dole Whip I WILL be at the parks at rope drop I WILL stay on site I will have a fabulous honeymoon with my sweetheart

*Get the kitchen sink at Beaches and Cream *Jelly Rolls - We kept saying we'd go to Pleasure Island, but we never made it there. I'd like to try Jelly Rolls. *The shows in China, Japan, France and Canada. I haven't done them in 12 years.

I PROMISE that I will
not get mad at my husband for not loving disney as much as i do not bug everyone to death w/ itineraries. I'll just act as relaxed/non-chalant as i can w/o having a stroke! ride ToT and love it for the 50th time! I can't believe all you guys that have never done it!!!!!

Right now there's only two things I can think of. I've never seen the Flights of Wonder show at AK. Every trip I say I'll get to it, but then never have time. I really want to try to go this time!
I also promise that I will go to Star Wars Weekends at Hollywood Studios and stay as long as my fiance wants to...even though I'm not a fan of Star Wars whatsoever.

-We will TRY to do 10 day trips from now on- did our first one in January, and loved having more time to do everything!
-We will make sure to hit Planet Watch once an the AM to see a vet procedure- saw a gazelle getting surgery on its leg in January, and it was fascinating. -We will eat at Yak & Yeti TS. -We will do more of the Kim Possible missions at Epcot WS- the 2 we have done so far were really fun. -We will try to see the B&B show at DHS. -We will make a point of going to TL- we have been to BB several times, but never TL. -We will do the FW campfire again- it was great! -We will make sure we see the Block Party Bash at DHS. -I will make sure my DH gets to go on a leisurely trip, so he won't have to rush around like we usually do- maybe he'll catch the Disney magic like DD and I have. -We will visit AKL- have dinner at Boma and check out the resort.

Well, I'll be at DLR next week and I have never ridden ToT, so I promise to do it there.
It's California Screamin that scares the pants off me right now. Makes ToT much easier to ride  So I promise to ride ToT and I promise to TRY to ride California Screamin. It probably helps that I'll be traveling with 55 high schoolers and they'll probably shame me onto both rides. I wonder who will be the lucky one I barf on

 Haunted Mansion - It was closed last time I was there.  Dole-whip- I keep hearing AMAZING things Every ride in Fantasyland I'm so excited to be going in 3 weeks!!
