Hi everyone...no big plans, just a small dinner at a friends house on Sunday. I think my DH and I have sunday off together so I am hoping to go to the gym and to get some projects done around the house. My ds just had a birthday, so going through clothes and toys sounds like a must for me! I am trying to get caught up on laundry before the weekend so I can focus more on the house.

My ds and I watched Enchanted last night for the first time. I had never seen it before...it was cute...what a combo of different movies!

Have a great weekend everyone and stay safe.

Congrats to all you grads!

Cooking school sounds great, but my taste pallet runs to the greasy and chocolatey...not refined nuance that is required for being a great chef!

I'll be checking in later!

Sarah

PS I have actually layed off the bejeweled blitz lately...my daughter has been going to bed at a regular time and is a really light sleeper and sleeps in our computer room!

The pool open this weekend, the boys are so excited about that. We are going to get our season pass pics taken today.
They get out of school early & Kaeleb really wants to see Night at the Museum, so we might go see that. Then head home for a bit. Then head back down to the park. We have a carnival & lots of things going on in town this weekend. So we are meeting up with some friends to have a picnic of KFC & watch the Lip Sync contest. Tomorrow I am taking the boys to the carnival. It should be a long and fun day. Sunday is the usual Sunday BBQ.
Wow Deb, your weekend sounds like it's going to be so much fun!

We don't have any plans. Maybe I'll take the boys to see Star Trek....or Night at the Museum? It's going to be nice weather this weekend, that's for sure. Where you are, it'll be even warmer....hot even. Wear sunscreen so you don't get burned again.

Hi gals! Long time no post! I haven't been able to keep up at all, but wanted to pop in and say hiya!

Dawn, thanks for posting those pics of Cheryl's Shag prints in her office. I was with her when she bought them and was completely and totally jealous! They look so nice matted and framed and hangin on your walls, Cheryl!

Hope everyone has a great holiday weekend!

Hi Callie. Good to see you. I haven't been on in a while either. This is the first day I've been on the DisBoards in about a week and a half. Hope you and your family have a fun holiday weekend.

Greedy smurf thoughts.

I love those retro Disney pictures Cheryl. Those are awesome! Now I want some. How much did they cost, or do I want to know?

Dawn, thanks for posting the pictures of Cheryl's pictures.

Thank you!

Just want to say a heartfelt thanks for all the kind words about my son. I don't hide it, but do not generally talk about it unless I feel comfortable. You all are very special.

Capri: I have to tell you this--yesterday one of my client's told me that his boss was going to Mexico for the weekend to meet "Capri." And I was like yowzers!

Then he told me "Capri" was the guy's 85 foot yacht! But for a minute there-I was wonderin'!

Dawn: you know those greedy smurfs are just instruments of the Debil.
