Thank you so much!!! My son (15) has seen the birthday ears and he is too excited! I just printed his name with a marker on the hat above the buttons. I don't have Photoshop and I am completely an idiot when it comes to crafty computer stuff.

Thank you very much for the use of these, I bought a roll of regular old contact paper. I cut out and pieced together the hats, placed the hat on the contact paper (so it would fit 2x) and then folded the contact paper over the hat so its double sided and cut out the shape again. Magnetic tape on back and its perfect! So cheap too. You are very generous to share these and make so many people very happy.

Hi there....just wanted to say thanks for the DISigns - love them and looking forward to using them and giving some out to our cruising friends.
But I do have a question, hoping someone can give me a definitive answer. So, I followed the "printable version" links and printed them out (at the size they were on the page) my hubby was nice enough to laminate them at work and brought home a ton of them all ready to go. Then I realized that the diameter circle these would fit on is definitely not 7.5"  More like 5.5 so, is that circle on the door really a 7.5" diameter and the sizes of these cut-outs are wrong? Is everybody re-sizing them before printing? Am I the only jerk with about 25 of them all laminated in the wrong size  I don't think I could get my husband to make more! But I'm not going to waste my time cutting them all out if they are the wrong size. Already did a bunch actually and then decided to measure  Well, TIA to anybody who helps my sorry *ss. |

just did a test run
I printed our a 7.5" circle. The pieces, when assembled correctly, do fit. They do not side all the way down to the diameter. They sit on top. BTW they are too cute! A previous poster had suggested getting a 7.5" circle to work with and she (or was it he?) was right. Makes it much easier to assemble. Good luck!
