Q: cutting out your laminated DISigns

A question for the room, so to speak:

Assuming I have printed multiple small-ish DISigns out in color on 1 sheet and then laminated that sheet, I think I would then cut around the DISigns, leaving a bit of a clear laminate border to make sure it stays sealed. Agree or disagree?

I'm planning to make some magnets as FE gifts for a Feb Cruise. I've never done this before and from what I've read , it seems like printing, laminating, and then attaching a magnet--rather than printing to a magnet sheet--might be the best way for this first-timer to approach it.

Any helpful magnet-creating hints anyone cares to share woud be appreciated.

Happy sailing!

I recommend cutting out first then laminating. There won't be any clear laminate left to seal if everything in printed on one sheet and laminated before cutting.

I saw an earlier answer to how these work on the Dream's doors, but I just want to clarify that only the ears work, and not the bottom designs, due to the peep hole. Is that correct? I want to use Pluto, and would like to have his mouth, too.

I was on the Maiden Voyage and the whole set worked just fine on our door. No problems at all for us. We did not have to adjust the size.
