Facebook questions

Is there a way for you to check and see if someone has ignored you or denied your request to be a friend. I have a couple of requests and I don't want to hurt anyone's feelings but I really don't want them on my friends list.

Accept the request & then remove them from your friends list ;-)

No, it does not send anything back. Course if you have your page setup to be viewed by friends only, they would know...

I have a question!

How do I remove stuff from my wall?

I have some very busy friends but I hate clutter. So is there any way to read what they have written then erase it? I've looked but can't find any way to do it.

First question - no, ignore their request. They get no reply of such.

Second - next to the comments, or things you want to removed, it should have an X - or an option to delete (check on the right hand side)

Go to their page and see the friends request button. if its grey and still says "friend requested" then you know they just didn't answer it. if its not... well then DENIED!

It just means 'poke' - like 'say hi'.

I hate the poke. I'm continually poking back to get rid of the pokes, and then end up with more pokes. I hate the poke.

Can't you "hover" the pointer over each entry until you see "remove" appear? I know I've deleted some stuff but I can't remember from which part of the profile.

When I do the hover thing it says "HIDE" when I click on that it removes everything from that person.

Now how do I unhide stuff??

ETA: Forget it I figured it out!

Ok so there's no way to delete the items individually you can only hide it--at least that's what I'm seeing.

I think the search on FB stinks!! There's no way to break it down by city/state--Like if I search by a company I worked for and that company has offices all over the world it brings up every person who lists that company and I have to sift thru 1,000s of people((I don't I get aggravated and give up!))
