Can you/would you write on your ticket??

We have tickets from Undercover Tourist. There are 5 of us with tickets and since we have to do the finger scan I was thinking that it might (??) be good to write every ones name, with a black magic marker, on the front of the ticket (so each person gets the right ticket for the finger scan).
But I'm wondering if writing on the front of the ticket would interfere with either the ticket scan and/or the FP machine
Has anyone ever done this?

And while I'm asking about the finger scan, I was wondering....we have a 5 year old and a 3.5 year old with us. Do the little kids have to do the finger scan too? Just wondering if they would cooperate with this

TIA,

Karen

We put each person's initials on their ticket. We then mark off each day that we use with a permanent marker. It helps a lot with 5 family members.

If you're staying on site, your KTTW card has your name on it.

No finger-scans are used with children's (under 10 years) tickets.

Definitely write your names on your tickets. We went last year and didn't write names on the tickets before we used them for the first time. The next time we went to the park it was kind of a mess. We had to keep trying tickets with different fingers. Luckily we all went to the parks together.

The first day that we used our tickets this past January, the CM working the turnstile gave us a Sharpie to put our names on the tickets.

Do sign the back. My son lost his 6 day hopper and had not signed the back. They found it but said the only way to identify it was with the signature. They could not identify it with the finger print. They were able to tell the park we had been on the previous day and did give it to me, but the cm said that following guidelines they shouldn't have.

There is a lot of space to write on the tickets. Just be sure to not write on the magnetic stripe or the bar code. Also don't write on any of the information that identifies the ticket. But you can write in any blank spaces or over the hard printed boilerplate on the ticket.

We have our names on ours too. We started doing it when one trip there was a CM at the FastPass machine with a stack of park tickets thicker than a deck of cards where people had left them at the machine. He was talking to me about it. We have almost left out tickets twice at the FP machine (one time it was me and the other time it was DH), so I decided we better start doing it if we want our tickets back quickly if we ever really leave them there.

Isn't there a signature line on the back? Mine does, but it's an AP so it might be different. But I would definitely do that, it's a good idea. When we were kids it was a simpler time, no finger printing.
