Are we still trying to figure out the "big project?"

AK picnic in the park... 2 adults and 2 kids on plan

How will this work? I would probably order the 4 person meal but it says they will take adult credits only? So that means I will be left with extra kids meals for later? or will they take 2 adult and 2 child, which is what we have.

Sorry if this is confusing! I am officially confused.

Child and adult CS credits aren't separated, so that bit of accounting is moot.

The real outstanding question is whether they'll allow you to do it at all, with only 2 adult entitlements on your KTTW card. Personally, I'd think yes, but until we hear back reports from folks who try it, no one knows.

Well I will try it in another week or so. This should be interesting. Adults aren't the only ones who will want to picnic!

I second this. Would really like to know how this went. Especially if you were on the DDP. We have a family of 5, but only 2 Adults.

I had never heard of this. So I goggled it. Looks pretty cool. I found it on Wdwmagic .com has a picture of what you get Plus if you scroll down to the bottom it lists the locations. It has also has a link to the actual map.

Hope it is okay to post the link.

When we were there last week the only info we saw was for 3 or more people. I also heard a family on the DDP talking about the fact that they had to use adult credits for the meal, no child credits taken but they used counter service meal credits. They had 2 small children and did a meal for 3, the children sharing a sandwhich.

I thought this looked really fun but because there are only two of us it won't be worth doing. I hope they decide make a picnic for families of two do it as well!

This sounds like something we would be interested in doing. I wonder if the chicken is like what they used to serve at Tusker House? Where do you all think the better picnic spots are?

Here's a map of the locations.

Just by judging from the map, I would pick the spot across from the Bird in Flight Show.
Seems like the best view of Tree of Life.
