Question When do late summer/fall Disney specials come out?

I'm trying to get back to Disney sometime this year, but it's more difficult now that my oldest DD is in school. They don't start back until after Labor Day, so late summer is an option for us, but I don't want to book without the specials. Buy 4/Get 3 currently only goes until 8/15 and Southwest's schedule is only open until 8/14 (opens further on 4/14). I know they usually have Preschool Magic time and free dining offers at that time of year. Since guest volume is typically lower in the "value" season to begin with, I was hoping to see some really great offers for that time. Any guesses (educated or not) as to when Disney will release specials for 8/15 and beyond?

(We don't want to be there in the height of the summer heat because we have a newborn, and the Buy 4/Get 3 has blackout dates right after school is out in June...)

The current booking window for the 4/3 deal will close on 3/30. My guess is that we'll see a "mid-Aug to late-September" discount offer come out the following week. Many people are counting on it being Free Dining but you never know what Disney will come up with!

We usually go in December, and I get my discount info in July/August, so it sounds like the trend is 4 months in advance.
