(More than)A FIVE years of Trips! -- Update 5/22 - We Leave TOMORROW!!!!

Alright 6+ hrs left til we leave on our trip and I have not packed and I still haven't finished cleaning. I have gone to the gym, made dinner, 4 loads of laundry (folding too), and made pumpkin muffins for the road trip. I've also printed out all the directions and maps and park hours for the trip.

Soo...I might not have any clothes or toiletries...or shoes or anything else for that matter. But I'll have my planning binder - and some pumpkin bread. Perfect.

OMGOODNESS! We're here and exciting stuff has already hapepned. Off to explore so no time to talk now, but I already have some fun to share with you. OH how magical is it to stay on site???!!!! First time in my life!!!!!!!!

You all are so adorable!! I hope the trip is going well. You are so brave to go on a big trip like this with the In-laws.
I have the Croc Cleos as well. I have worn them everyday to the parks for the 5 trips that I have made to WDW in the past year and a half. I have not once gotten a blister!!!! So, you should be good to go.
I can't wait to see the pictures when you get back.

Wow! Its been an interesting trip so far - some ups and downs and well...right now my only complaint is that there isn't any Wi-fi in this hotel. Its a resort style timeshare hotel (Worldmark) and its only 1 year old. I find it odd in this day and age when some 2 star hotels at least have Wi-fi that you can pay for, and here we don't have anything. I had to come down to the business center to write this. But I've been writing my trip reports on my lap top so they'll be ready to post when I get back! Well, honestly, I only have Monday completed. But one down isn't too bad, right?

Wish I could show you some pictures but stupid internet situation will just have to let you read instead.

We're headed up to the room for a nap and then back to the parks tonight - probably mostly Disneyland since we've only done a couple ride there so far.

And my cros are GREAT! I haven't had my feet hurt once and we're on Day 4! Also, weather is finally sunny. Aannnndddd, it isn't as crowded today - but man its still pretty crowded. Sunday was so crazy - parking was nuts. Well more about that later.

Hey Everyone!

I can't believe our trip is almost over! Just one more day and then we head home. We've been in Solvang, CA for the past couple of days and we're so ready to head back to Anaheim. We plan to leave here early so that DH and I feel like we have 2 days left in DLR. The IL's plane leaves at 1 on Sunday, so we'll have Sunday afternoon to ourselves.

I have so much to share I don't even know where to begin. I hope that I keep this update enough to keep you all interested.

Thanks to reading everyone, I have over 350 pictures so far and lots of food porn! Lots to look forward to and some little adventures along the way.

Can't wait to get back to Disneyland! Prayers for safe travel through LA please...it was awful on the way up!

I'm in. Can't wait for an amazing report when you get back! My family is also Worldmark owners, but we've never stayed in the Anaheim one (stayed in Orlando and actually Solvang this past March).

Count me in too!! I can't wait for the DLR rundown. The whole Solvang/Santa Barbara area is normally gorgeous this time of year, and I wonder if you all got caught in some of the freak rain and thunderstorms we had in SoCal this past week, or if it rained up near Solvang as well. It was gloomy for a good portion of the week (which I love temperature-wise, but it is not great for photographs).

I'M BACK! And while I'm not excited to be away from Disneyland - after 9 days of vacation I'm really looking forward to my bed and getting dressed from my closet, not my suitcase! We did stay in 4 hotels in 8 nights too!

Well, we were also too tired, again, to stay the whole day Sunday. So we left around 2 PM. But more about Sunday in the trip report. It might take me awhile, so hang in there!! There is so much to talk about and I have SOO many pictures to go through as well. I have one day completed (Monday) so I'll get started on everything in the next couple days.

Overall - a great trip and a great time.

Hi! Glad you made it home safe and had a fun trip. Didn't realize you were going to be gone for so many days! That's a lot of different hotels, but at least we know one of them was nice, right? Can't wait to hear all about it.
