Kyriad Hotel FAQ and Information Thread

Kyriad @ Disneyland Paris

The Hotel looks very nice from the outside and the room was very clean and comfy although there could have been more pillows.

The Double bed...very comfy but lacking pillows

The bunk beds, set into a little recess in the wall so the don't stick out into the room

The view from our bedroom window

The hotel has 300 rooms spread over two buildings, each of which has two floors with lift access. Designed for 1 to 4 people, they comprise either a double bed or twin beds and the majority are fitted with bunk beds. All rooms are fully equipped with personal air-conditioning system which is controllable via a thermostat outside the bathroom, a table with chair, a very small wardrobe with a few hangers (only enough space for 5-8 items of clothing though), personal safe (located in the wardrobe), telephone and television with French and international channels (only BBC World News in English).

A hospitality tray with coffee (2 sachets), tea (2 tea bags) and biscuits (2 again) is also offered in each room, however I do not know if the Hotel sells further supplies. The bathrooms all have a bath, shower and a hairdryer.

Cots are provided free of charge subject to availability.

WiFi Internet access is free throughout the hotel.

BreaKfast was provided in the restuarant. It was a usual continental breakfast with a selection of pastries and cereals. The breakfast room was very, very cold and they had the air-conditioning running as well. Dinner was also served in the restuarant priced at 19.90 euros per adult and 8 euros per child however they were doing a 'kids eat free' offer during our stay. We did not have an evening meal here unfortunatly.

Other perks of this Hotel:

* Disney store with the opportunity to benefit from the free delivery of purchases made at the park’s stores to the Hotel Kyriad store
* Free shuttle bus serving the Disneyland® and Walt Disney Studios® parks, Disney Village, as well as the RER, TGV Thalys and Eurostar Marne-la-Vallée/Chessy railway stations
* Tickets for the Disney® Parks on sale at reception
* Free luggage room, sandwich, drinks and snacks dispensers (paying)
* Video games room (paying), merry-go-round (paying), play area at reception and in the restaurant
* Loan of pushchairs and umbrellas (deposit required)
* Pétanque ground, terraces and sun loungers available in summer
* Special Hotel decorations for the major Disney seasons (Christmas, Carnival, Easter, Halloween) and free children’s activities on certain dates * (information at the hotel)

The Hotel also offers easy access to:

* Val d’Europe shopping centre
* La Vallée Outlet Shopping Village
* Sea Life aquarium

We have just returned from staying here for the 2nd time.

Its a really nice hotel with a fresh clean feel to the rooms.

The tea/coffee is restocked daily and we asked at reception one day for further supplies and were given them. There are also biscuits in the room. However there are no mugs - just plastic cups which arent very good for hot drinks (the same type as they provide in the bathroom) so we bought 2 souvenir mugs to use.

We didnt eat in the restaurant apart from breakfast but did have a drink in the bar - cocktails were 7 Euros

think we had the exact same room as you

was fab for us as it was myself and my son, plus my friend and her daughter
so bunks and twin beds was perfect

lovely and clean and nicely decorated etc

only "problems" we had was one of the twin beds was soooo squeaky / creaky ! and the hairdryer not working

lovely helpful staff,and nice breakfast too

we booked via travel republic

would definitely stay here again my friend said it was nicer / better than the Santa Fe they stayed in @ Xmas
