Jeez, I missed ya. I was there over the weekend too. Had a room in Trinidad 31, probably the first to be in it since the refurb. First time I didn't get a backache from the beds.

Trinidad South Update Needed

How are the refurbs in Trinidad South going? Originally, the rooms were supposed to be completed and open 1/24, but I have read that things are still moving along within the section. So, are they half way done, more or less than, or what? How is the construction noise.

We leave in one week. I'm sad that the quiet pool will be closed for part of our stay, but we will just move to the feature pool or the one in Trinidad North.

If you go to the resort sticky at the top of the resorts board you can find the last 3 FAQ's for CBR.

Safetymom - Thank you so much for the wealth of information you provide here about CBR. We are staying there for the first time this March. I was nervous at first about my choice, but after reading everything here and seeing all the great photos, I am really looking forward to it.

Four of my friends and I will be staying at CBR from Sept 27-Oct 3rd and we cannot wait. One of my friends is more excited about the hammocks there then anything . So my question is, are there hammocks in each section of the resort or just on the beaches? Thanks

Thank you for posting all the pictures and the positive reviews. We are staying at CBR for the first time in March (first trip to disney in fact!) and I've heard lots of negative things about it from others on this site. Hearing the positive things gets me excited and helps to know that I've made the right choice.
I've heard lots of people requesting certain buildings and rooms, is there really one that is better than the others? We are renting a car so I'm not worried about the walking to bus stops or waiting for the buses. I haven't requested anything specific, just a standard view room. Any thoughts or comments?

Thanks and keep the positive vibes coming!!
