What Epcot restaurants can you see the fireworks from?

We are going to have dinner at Epcot, but would like to eat at a place where we can watch the fireworks from inside. What restaurants can you see them from?

March 2009 - Port Orleans Riverside
Sept 2009 - Pop Century
Feb 2010 - Caribbean Beach Resort
Jan 2011 - Port Orleans Riverside & Villas at Wilderness Lodge
Jan 2015 - Old Key West

The Cantina in front of Mexico (which is CS), Probably the best..is the Rose and Crown (on the patio, but it is popular and lots of people want the patio for the same reason),Certain tables at Les chefs de France by the window ( again no gurantee you will get a seat), and some tables at Tokyo Dining - I think. The places that you can see the fireworks, are still not the absolute greatest since alot of it takes place on the lagoon in the center , and you have trees and people obstructing your view.

The only table service restaurant with an excellent view is Rose & Crown and patio seating is not guaranteed there. Even then, the view is only excellent from the patio, not inside the restaurant.
