Low resolution question?

Hi, I just received some amazing designs from Mandy and I am trying to make t-shirts with them. Here is how I am doing it
1) Click on link in forum which brings me to photobucket
2) Enlarge pic using magnify glass in the bottom right corner of picture
3) Saving to my computer
4) uploading saved image to vista print to make shirts.

Every time I do this the site tells me that the resolution is too low. Can anyone tell me what I am doing wrong?

DOWNLOAD from PB always

(and Vista Print might reject request because of Disney copyrights if their images are included...)
