Staying on site with the FOTL pass???

If we are staying on site, do we really need to rush and get to the most popular rides and rush the whole day when we are spending 2 days at each park?? I would think this would give us enough time to spend at each park and do some of the ones my kids like over again. Am I correct or way off base????? We will be there from the 10th to the 14th. The 10th we might not even make it due to this is the day we arrive and who knows what the weather will be like up here in the cold when we take off.

You don't have to rush at all. We only spend a day at each park and do everything several times. With the FOTL it makes your days much easier. That is the reason we stay at the HRH.

You should not rly need to rush with 2 days at each park. I am not sure if you are going Feb 10 to 14th but if I had to guess I don't think it will be overly crowded and with FOTL. If you are a morning person and want to get there early it has been my experience that right at park opening lines are non existant and is a great way to get some things out of the way. It will also depend how late parks open. When we going in March they only open till 6 which is not a whole lot of time for it to be open but we are going for 3 days with FOTL and I fully expect to get all I want done.

As the other posters have stated...you do not need to rush when you stay onsite. The unlimited Express access gives you the luxury of doing things at your own pace.

Thanks everyone who responded. I thought that was the answer but wasn't sure. Johnny_Duck we are actually heading down in March. We will likely head to the parks for 9am because the park is only open until 6 or 7pm, but at least we don't have to get up at 6am like at WDW. Thanks again

i stay on site and do get to the parks when they open in the morning.
that way i can do everything i want and repeats of rides way before noon time.

i can then go to city walk for a lingering lunch and not have to think i am taking "too much time" away from the parks.

i can return to the parks an hour or so later and enjoy the benefit of the fotl for the rides then.

that is when you really need them.
the crowds don't come in to the parks until around 11ish.

you can spend the last 5 hours at the park and then return to your hotel and hit the pool for the evening.
or take in the sites at city walk, dine there, catch a movie, etc.

you still will have a relaxing day and full night's sleep.
