Wow, how romantic it is. We also did our first trip and our honeymoon at WDW. It's really a very romantic and memorable moment in our lives. Great for me to remember it.

Thank you so much, I'm glad you are enjoying it!

I'm sure if you get to Universal and IOA you will have a great time.

Yes Disney World is a very romantic place and even though DH and I got off to a rough start, we really did have a fabulous time.

Epcot Continued

Okay so we arrive at the gate and DH is talking to me but I don't hear anything he says because I'm to busy in my own little world looking around and so I don't even hear him. Finally he yells my name and I come to and he then tells me I look like a kid in a candy store for the first time. So first things first, we are both officially STARVING, sherbert only holds you over for so long and it is now close to 1 in the afternoon. We decided to go to this place since it was the closest thing to us.

http://

No pictures of the food, but it was only burgers and fries. After we stuffed ourselves we made our way over to Spaceship Earth.

http://

http://

http://

We liked the ride and thought it was really cute how it builds your future for you. After that we made our way over to Test Track.

http://

The wait time said 30min so we decided to get in the line. That was the longest 30min of our lives. It was more like an hour if not more. Now I'm sorry but that is my one Disney pet peeve, when the standby line wait times are not accurate. It happens at Disneyland all the time when we go and it seriously drives me crazy. Anyway at least the que line was somewhat entertaining and DH even found a hidden Mickey.

http://

Pretty soon we were on the ride and then off the ride. It was awesome and we loved it, here is our ride photo. DH was taking a picture of something so you can't really see him.

http://

After we got off Test Track hubby wanted to go and check out Mission Space. Now I had done alot of research on this ride and I was positive I did not want to ride the orange side (intense), I didn't really want to ride the green side either. It's not that I get sick on rides that spin, because I don't I actually love them, but when it's a simulator type of ride and it spins, then I will get sick. So DH finally convinces me to go on the green side, here are some pics.

http://

http://

http://

And another hidden mickey!

http://

I was so nervous in that little capsule but I managed to calm myself down and ended up enjoying the ride. I could only imagine what it's like on the orange side. DH really wanted to try it and I told him to go, that I had no problem waiting for him but he didn't want to leave me alone. Awwww!

After that we just kinda walked around for a bit and found ourselves in front of this.

http://

Neither DH or I have any comments about this ride except for interesting, kinda boring and it was a good place to just take a break and relax. By the time we got out of there it was already dark outside and we were trying to decide what to do next. We ended up going into some of the stores and I saw the bride and groom ears so we bought them and a bunch of other stuff. After shopping we had decided not to visit the World Showcase today so we headed over to the Journey into Imagination ride. Some pics along the way.

Epcot Continued

http://

http://

http://

It was pretty slow when we arrived at the ride load area so the cast member was talking to us and offered to take our photo.

http://

DH and I thought it was a fairly cute ride, I would never stand in a long line to go on it that's for sure but we had a good time. After the ride we took some more pics and played around in the activity area.

http://

http://

http://

http://

After playing around for a bit we decided to head on out of Epcot and go over to Downtown Disney to eat dinner and walk around. As we are leaving the park DH decides to get some artsy shots and we also spot a photopass person.

http://

http://

http://

So we get back to the car and soon we are pulling into Downtown Disney.

http://

Again I was amazed just from the small section I was already seeing as we looked for a parking spot. Puts our Downtown Disney to shame. We finally find a spot and start walking around. I don't even think we covered half of the place before I was already getting tired. I kept having to use my inhaler also and I was coughing alot. So we decided to eat at Fulton's Crab House, the employees there were so sweet and everybody was wishing us congrats even the patrons. And the food was really yummy. Some pics for your enjoyment of our dinner and walking around Downtown Disney.

Downtown Disney Continued.

We walked around for awhile until I finally had no energy left. DH and I really wanted to spend more time there and we had planned to come back later in the trip but unfortunately we never did. So we bid farewell to Downtown Disney and made our way back to the hotel, we arrived and got settled and it was around midnight. We both snuggled up and blissfully drifted off to sleep.

Overall thoughts for this day. Wonderful! DH and I loved Epcot and Downtown Disney and we can't wait to visit both again.

Next installment will be all about the Magic Kingdom!

I'm enjoying your trip report. I'm sorry you were so sick. It must have been so scary for you not to be able to breath and also worrying if you could actually go on the trip.

I'm looking forward to more, and the cruise. I hope you're feeling better.

It was really a bummer starting out so sick but I did eventually start to feel alot better. Having asthma does suck and not being able to breath is a pretty scary feeling but after having it since childhood you just deal with it.

The cruise is coming up soon and I am feeling better now since I have been put back on all my asthma medicine since getting back from the honeymoon, BUT YOU WON'T BELIEVE WHAT HAPPENED WHEN WE GOT BACK TO LA! More on that later.

Thank you so much! Universal is really a fun place, well at least the one in Orlando is. Hopefully you will find a way to fit it into one of your trips and if you do make sure you tell me how it was.

My asthma never completely went away during the trip but it did let up alot towards the end. Stay tuned for more!

Magic Kingdom Day!

Okay sorry for the long pause in between installments, I had a long weekend and was busy, busy. Anyway I'm ready to go now, hope you enjoy.

So today is Nov. 7th Friday and we decided to head off to the Magic Kingdom. Again in keeping with my usual lagging in the morning we don't actually get out of the room until around 10am or so. This of course was started to bug me but as much as I tried to push myself, my body would resist so I had to take it slow. I was so sad that we didn't get to arrive at any of the parks for rope drop because I had really wanted to witness it. O'well next time.

We had decided to grab a bite to eat at the resort before leaving so we headed over there. The name of the food court area escapes my mind at the moment. Anyway as soon as we walked out the door we realized it was going to be a really hot day, we barely walked 20 feet and already we were sweating like crazy. Here are some pictures around the resort and of the food court.

Okay so I will stop there, I loved the resort, it was just beautiful and there are so many good picture spots.

Anyway we wasted alot of time walking around but finally we got in the car and shortly after we pulled up to the Magic Kingdom.

http://

So we park the car and start the loooooooong journey to the front of the park. Good Lord, maybe I'm just to used to Disneyland but man that is something having to first take the tram from the parking lot, then either take the monarail or Ferry boat to the entrance. I think it was at that moment that DH and I realized just how very big that place is. We decided to take the Ferry over to the front gate, since we both love boats and water.
