i've never been to the luau but i LOVED HDD! it was fun for the kids because it's really interactive AND it's fun for the adults. there is a little bit of adult humor in there (but nothing that the kids would pick up on) and unlimited beer, wine and sangrias!!!! me and erica are about to start on our last day of our TR and that's what we did for dinner that night, so you will be reading about that whenever we get to it.

I definately recommend Crystal Palace and Chef Mickey's! Hollie loved both of those so much!!!! We will definately be visiting both of those in November. O'hana's breakfast is also a good one!

Okay, here are a couple of pics from our trip to Gatlinburg last February! I won't be posting a huge amount tonight because for some reason photobucket is really slow at night!

This was a beautiful sight driving through Pigeon Forge!

i know heather already recommended CP, CM and ohana's breakfast. but i also wanted to mention tusker house breakfast at AK. we did that last trip and it was really cute - they did a dance parade for the kids with donald. and the food was GOOD! the characters were donald, daisy, mickey and goofy.

Those pictures are so pretty! What exactly is there to do in Gaitlinburg? My BF, friends and I are looking for a place to go over the summer for a long weekend. Would you suggest Gaitlinburg?
