The Too Many Reasons to take a trip...Pre-Trip - The DIS Discussion Forums

The Title: There are so many reasons for this trip:
Reason 1: Withdrawl, haven't been since New Years (8 months is the longest in 3 years I haven't made a trip)
Reason 2: My 23rd Birthday, a free $75 gift card is nice.
Reason 3: I need me some Disney food.
Reason 4: A Wedding Site Visit. To pick out the locations for our ceremony and reception for our wedding in Sept 2010
Reason 5: DFi needs a vacation
Reason 6: I need to test out my new camera and bag

I'm sure more reasons will surface, but that's a start.

The Cast:
Me: Characterfan, 22. Been to Disney 29 times, so this will make trip 30.
DFi, 24, Been to Disney 9 times, so this will also make an even 10 (8 of his trips we've taken together as adults)

This is our save-the-date photo. Take after 30 minutes of watching the castle change color and DFi being very understanding of my craziness.

The Plan:
Aug 27-30 Pop Century-Preferred (Standard was all booked)
Free Dining.
1-day park tickets. (I have an AP, DFi will be getting 1)

We haven't figured out how we're getting there. DFi hopes to fly. He hates driving. I don't like the ride or flying, so I'm hoping someone invents a teleporter by then.

Its brave of you admitting publically that you have a problem (Reason 1).
The first step in the recovery process of withdrawral is admitting and
confronting the issue head on. So yes take the trip, its for your own good.

Birthdays, free money, and good food (Reasons 2-3) all favorites of mine.

Congrats ons the upcoming wedding (Reason 4) with that many tips together already, you two make a good pair.

I got nuthin (Reasons 5-6).

Maybe we'll see you there on 8/29-8/30. Look for two adults with a 7 year old girl. You can't miss me. I'm a lion standing upright, wearing a crown, and sucking my thumb.
