Looks like you opened a can of worms!

We have seen families get very angry when their kids haven't been let on rides because their heads don't quite touch the line. I don't really get that...maybe because I tend to be a very cautious person, but I want my kids to pass with no question before I take them on a ride with a height requirement.

I only say that because I have seen it a lot -parents arguing with CMs to let their kids on the ride
...and somehow you know they'd be running to sue if little Johnny got hurt because the CM knew he was too small for the ride and put him on anyway...gotta love people.

That's why I posted so quickly (and had my foot in mouth incident ). Our last trip DH and I couldn't believe how many parents tried to sneak the kids on and then when stopped proceeded to tie up the CM in an argument as to why the CM was being so mean and not letting them go on the ride.

We were behind the jacka** on BTM and they guy turns around to us and says "Can you believe these people?!!?" to which I replied "Yeah-who are they to care about the safety of your child??" and walked past him.

Eeh, Grumpy always gets upset.

The only ride we're hoping for is Soarin, I think she's right at the line. Everything else would be too scary for her

Yes, they are.

There are many things Disney is willing to bend the rules on. The safety of Guests isn't one of them.
