I know I'm jumping the gun here....
When will 2011 dates be released? Is it typically a year or so in advance?

This year it was in August. If you want to be sure you get the early booking discount you should book as soon as the rates are released.

I hope they offer Japan in 2011. I know it will be expensive but DS really wants to go there and ABD would be a great way to go
