Not sure whose picture you are referring to, but if it is mine, I brought a tripod into the park that night...much to the embarrassment of my daughters! They think I am such a geek!!! I think I took probably 50 shots during the fireworks at different shutter speeds, but this was my favorite.

Nope, I looked at it and there is precious little I could improve upon with PS. Beautiful pic! BTW, I always take a tripod for night shots, and of my 200+ pics from last year's MVMCP fireworks none of mine compare!

Believe me, it was pure luck. I definitely didn't shoot it expecting it to come out like that. I have tons more that I took that night that I would never show to anyone else! LOL!
Thanks for the compliments though.

Shan-man,
I am so glad you posted that picture. Just last night, I was reading old FW trip reports and I read the one where you had posted that picture. I thought it was just beautiful and wondered if you would post it here. It's a great shot!

It's amazing what you can do with the right equipment. Tokyo Disneyland does not allow tripod use. Quoted from the Entertainment Schedule:

"For the safety of all Guests, talking photos or videos while using unipods, tripods, hard carrying cases, or other such equipment is not allowed. Please refrain from bringing such equipment into the park."

I was surprised to see that. I don't think I've ever seen that at WDW. If it's there I never paid attention to it.
