AKV and VB May 2008 - Day 16
Wednesday June 4th 2008
This morning we were off to VB. My stomach was still not feeling too settled but we were packed and on our way by 11am. We decided to take the Beachline Expressway as far as we could towards the coast and then head down the 1, avoiding the I95. Wow the Beachline was so straight!!   Once we hit the coast the scenery changed and we saw the start of more water.   As we had basic maps went all the way into VB before working out that we could cut across the inlet, by a bridge, a lot earlier! Anyway once at VB we parked and checked in and were given a room which had a side ocean view and a view of the pool.         We also found a nice towel animal waiting for us   The room itself was basically like a studio! Once settled we had a wander around the resort and took a walk across to the beach. The beach looked so inviting as we would definitely try this later in our stay.    After this it was time to get dinner and we decided on Shutters. I was not feeling to hungry so passed on the starter but Nathan had the Caesar salad.  I then had the chicken and mash.  Nathan had the Mahi Mahi.  The chicken tasted good but I didn’t finish it all. After this we headed off to bed for a good sleep. Claire

I keep trying to convert everybody, but they just don't want to be converted
I can only get a tag if its near the weekend. a monday, tuesday and some wednesdays are definately no tag days
