Convinced the grandparents to go Disney and go BIG!

Hi everyone! I am mainly a lurker here. I started a PTR for my past trip a couple of years ago but never finished it and never did a TR. Life got in the way. This time though- I'm commited! Join me as I discuss detail of my upcoming trip to WDW
When: November 27th- December 2nd! YES!!!! WDW with Christmas decor!!!
Where: Animal Kingdom Lodge! My parents are coming with us this time and they are used to *nice* resorts so I convinced them to pick AKL! With savanna views!

Who: The all important "cast of characters"

Me: Sarah Me on our last trip.
I am mommy, OCD planner and lover of all organization. I plan every detail. I have my Disney notebook dusted off and ready to go!

DH: Jesse: from last trip
Jesse is laid back, goes with the flow. All he cares about is the food

She's 4 now.Reese loves all things princess. She loves rides and doesn't scare too easily. She's looking forward to BBB this trip!

Cooper: Cooper on last trip:

See that bulge in my shirt? Yep. Thats Cooper on our last trip. I was about 16 weeks pregnant with him. I think he'll enjoy this trip better!
Cooper now:

Cooper is a trip. He is the funniest toddler on the planet and loves to climb, throw things, sticks and flags of all kinds. He has a mischevious side so we will see what kind of trouble he can get into on this trip.

Our tentative plans:

Sunday- arive at AKL, possibly go to DTD, dinner at Chef Mickeys
Monday- Epcot, BBB for Reese in afternoon, evening at MK for parade
Tuesday- CRT for breakfast,MK, DH and I are going to MVMCP for a date night while grandparents entertain the kids

Wednesday- HS, dinner at Boma, maybe back to HS to see Osbourne Family Lights

Thursday- AK, dinner at Coral Reef, Candlelight Processional (My brothers chorus kids are performing)

Friday- Morning in MK then hitting the road

First of all your children are sweet! We will be there at the same time This is our 1st Christmas visit! I think its great the GP are going! I have tried to convince my parents to go for years!

Congratulations! We went on almost those exact same dates in 2009. (I think it was 11/30-12/4). We had a blast! Christmas at Disney does not disappoint. Hooray for your parents going. My Mom wanted to go with us last time, but I put my foot down and said, "No." Boy she was not happy with me. It was our first trip to Disney and
I wanted it to be just us. We're going back in Jan. of 2013 and I'm hoping they'll go with us then. I'm looking at CSR 'cause I think my Dad will enjoy it the most! I think its funny that when we take our parents, we try to make them most comfortable and the kids become 2nd! Ha! Your kiddos are sure cute. I can't wait to see your trip unfold!

Welcome! Thanks for reading! My parents are so excited. They haven't been to Disney in 7 years and they've never stayed on property. I can't wait for them to experience the magic at AKL. I've been trying to get them prepared for my go-go-go style at Disney. I've been searching for a video of the TSM rush at HS so they know what they're up against.

Welcome! Yeah, the first trip we wanted to go on our own and it was great but we promised that we would not come back with little kids without some grandparents. We needed some breaks from Reese and she felt the same about us.
