There is a shelf over the pole that holds plenty of items. That's what we're using for our things.

We're heading to O'Hana's for dinner tonight. Leaving in about 5 minutes. Then we're heading to MK for EMH. Hope the crowds are thinned out...
Could you tell us which parks you have visited and what were the wait times? How crowded has it been?

Thanks!

Question:Building Requests.

Hello all,

Thank you all for the great tip.

May I jump in with a question.

When requesting a building, when is the best time to forward your request and which is the best method? (e-mail, fax, phone), Realizing there is no guarantees.

Our request is bases on nearest to buses and food court and the best building seem to be 4!

I'd be at the bus stop about 1 hour before park opening ... gotta allow for waiting time, then the walk from the bus to the gate, then the walk from the gate to wherever the actual rope drop is located ... so yeh, about 1 hour.

1st question.
Since my father is use to getting up at 5:00 in the morning for work/walk our family dogs. What time do they start breakfast?
Thanks

2nd question.
We will be in the parks most of the day. However we will go to the pool a few time for a swim and a relax and to get a drink by the pool what time does the pool bar close and do they have any non-acholic drinks?
Thanks

Since my TA didn't have an area to request water view, we are guessing we are in standard. What happens if we get put in Water View which is fine. Do they charge you more when u get down since we have paid for the Whole Vacation.

Hi. We are staying at POFQ for the first time this October.

I'm looking for some help in requesting a room. We stayed most recently at CBR and we lucked out in getting a room that was located right on a courtyard which gave us a really nice little sitting area right outside our room.

Are there any locations like that at POFQ? It looks like there are courtyards according to the map, but I'm not sure if they are like the one we enjoyed so much at CBR. We have a standard view room booked.

Thanks for your help.

We went to Boma the other day for breakfast and gave ourselves one hour to get from POFQ to AKL. We had planned on taking the bus from POFQ to Animal Kingdom Park...then switching to the AKL bus. But the AKL bus was taking quite a long time to come that morning so we decided to grab a cab. It cost $18 plus tip. For me...money well spent to not have to worry about the hassle of switching busses like that. You may want to consider this option.

By the way...we LOVED Boma Breakfast!!!

No, you will not have to pay for a water view if you booked a standard view.

There are lovely courtyards, fountains and lawn areas all around POFQ. Not many of them are specificially adjacent to any given room though, or formally set out with seats and tables or anything, but still very relaxing places to be and only a few steps away from the accommodation buildings. See the photo threads here, or check out the Gallery at my website.

Basic breakfast starts at 6am, with some of the other serving sections starting at 7am.

The pool bar hours are 11:30am-9.45pm, but I think it may vary a little by season? The main indoor Scat Cat's Club lounge bar is open from 4pm until midnight. Both also serve non-alcoholic drinks (see my page on the Mardi Grogs Pool Bar for some menu items).

Our plan is to take a taxi also for our Boma breakfast. Glad to hear you liked breakfast at Boma as we are trying it for the first time. We have been twice for dinner but not for breakfast. Can't wait!!
