That is a really good picture of the totem pole! Much better than any that I got. I am so upset that I forgot about the turndown service. How could I forget that?! Unless your name is Mary or Joseph and you lived 2000 years ago, your child has melted down at some point. Every kid melts. Not always at Disney. But somewhere, sometime. They're kids. I'm not saying I like to see it or listen to it when I see it happening, but I undertand it's going to happen. More so at Disney World. The only thing I look for is to see whether Mom and Dad are on top of it. You know, offering bribes or threats.

So I have abandoned any sense of embarassment when my sweet little angels act like turkeys. We deal with the crisis and dare anyone to criticize us for having normal children. You best believe they'll get a face full of ZZUB if they do.

Actually, not at all. Because the introduction of the ring pop, if you recall, was after he'd eaten almost all of his beautiful appetizer plate, so he had real food in his belly. It's not that I have a problem with candy, per say. I have a problem with candy when he won't eat anything else. Since he'd consumed a fine portion of cheese, fruit, and crackers, I was feeling good.

I swear, Tink, and I'm probably revealing to much, but I don't care, that was one of the best meals he ate on the whole trip, in the regard that he actually consumed a large portion of his dinner. And now we know the secret to dining with my nugget. Signature restaurants. Upgrade to deluxe for next year, anyone?
