I'm hopping the stars align for our trip this year I have wait listed a few days of AKV CL And I'm wondering if you do CL is the food you get while in CL enough to basically cover meals for the time you are there? What kind of food is offered? How about coffee and drinks? (adult drinks too) Thanks for your help

From 5:00 PM - 7:00 PM each of the lounges offers two hot food items from the various restaurants of their resorts and there also coffee and hot tea available all day until 10:00 PM. Besides that with the hot food items is a few Beers and Wines, then from 8:00 PM - 10:00 PM is the desserts and cordials, which also includes the Wine. Now when it comes to amount of food my family and I think what they offer is enough as a meal replacement for us however others might not feel that way, so it's a matter of personal opinion.

DH had a bagel, cinnamon buns and fruit. I had a banana, croissant and raisin bran. All of it was very good, just enough to get us going. They have a large selection of tea bags and I had the Earl Gray Lavender that the Wave serves. DH had coffee, they were out of OJ.

For the oatmeal

Around noon we were off to Hollywood Studios...the bus pulled up right away and we were the only ones on it all the way to the park! This is starting out great!

Thanks for taking the time to post all of the pictures! Can't WAIT!
Confident that we made a good choice!!

upgrade from Poly lagoon view to CL 9/11 to 9/18/10

Question... If I upgrade from lagoon view to club level, I'm only looking at an additional $60/day minus 40% discount for a total of $36 a day or $252 a week? For 3 adults and 1 small child that breaks down about $9 a day. Does that include alcoholic beverages at night?

I'm hoping someone here can give me some information about Sugar Loaf at the GF....what is the big difference between the Sugar Loaf CL and the RPC CL? Are the food and beverage choices the same? I read somewhere that Sugar Loaf does not have wine/beer and cordials in the evening...did I read this correctly? I would love to stay RPC (we were upgraded there once), but the difference is about $500 and we are taking my mom and dad for their anniversary so that would mean $1000 upgrade from Sugar Loaf. Thanks.

The only differences are the locations of their buildings, the cost per night and the size of their lounges, because they both serve the exact same foods and beverages.

Wilderness Lodge Concierge May 2010

Just returned from a fabulous stay at the WL CL!
Alot of people really knock the WL CL because it is not as "luxurious" as the others, or it's CL was an "after thought" whereas the others were planned.

Since I have stayed at all of WDW's CLs many times over, the WL CL has never let me down. It's like comparing apples to oranges. The theming of this concierge lounge matches that of the lodge perfectly and the offerings are that of most of the other CLs and they also offer their unique offerings from the chefs of Artists Point.
As for the desserts, no I wouldn't expect little petit fours and tarts here, but you'll get a different hot cobbler and their famous lodge magic bars, which are very tasty! The coffee is "real" and withyour favorite syrup or just some cream, you'll have the perfect cup.

Here's some pics from my trip......

breakfast juices, ice, water and tea

cereals and cut up fruits and grapes

different croissants and bagels

pastries and mini muffins

REAL coffee and it's GOOD!

the other stuff....available at some other CLs, too!

stocked fridge and they kept on restocking it! The flavors of yogurts changed daily.
