Veterans DAy week or week after Super Soap Weekend...best week to go??

My first trip to WDW! (I've been to DL and Tokyo DisneySea).

Anyway, looking for advice. I've already booked my trip for Nov 8-15 based on the calendar at the Disney site that showed Nov 9-15 to be one of their slow times, but now it occurred to me that is the week that Veteran's Day falls (on a Tuesday), and others have posted that attendance perks up during that week, since so many are of work/school.

The next week is the weekend of SSW, but that's only on the 15-16th.

If you were choosing between Nov 8-15 or Nov 15-22, which do you feel would be the better week? Seems like the SSW would be best, as the "hullabaloo" will be confined to DHS and the other three parks would be cleared out?

And since Veteran's Day is on a Tuesday, seems like all the parks would be busier Sat-Tue, whereas with SSW that would be Fri-Sun (and I won't even get there til Sat afternoon)

But then I think "why would Disney say Nov 9-15 is slower than 15-22, if it's not? I can get the same deal at the hotel on both weeks (with the promo they're running now), so from that standpoint they seem equally slow.)

Thanks for your advice!

anyone? I'd seen posts of others that had gone during this time in previous years, and tried to send a PM, but since I have less than 10 posts it wouldn't let me!
