Anyone been to the PA Pottery Barn Outlet, Lancaster?
I live in VA & there is a Pottery barn outlet here that is a decent size...however, I have been told the the Pottery Barn Outlet in PA is huge! Just wondering if anyone has been there. I hear they have lots of furniture... wondering if it's worth me taking a trip out there.

It's hit or miss. Sometimes I find something decent. Other times not. There is a big PB store and then in another section of the outlets (different building), there is a PB Kids and Teen store. Their furniture (wood pieces) are usually pretty banged up, yet still pricey. Sometimes they have it at 50% off, but honestly a lot of the time it's still too expensive considering it may have a big chunk taken out of it. Yes good deals can def. be found there. Always a good selection of lighting, candles, small decorative pieces, pillows, etc.

It is definitely hit and miss. The wood furniture is definitely still pricey. I wouldn't even consider buying anything without the extra 50% off sale. We did just buy a tv stand there at about 75% off the real Pottery Barn price but it has many scratches and a huge chunk out of it.

I have been there! My family makes fun of me because I used to be such a huge PB nut. I live in Texas but visit family in PA. So we had to plan our route around some of the outlets. We wouldn't totally go out of our way but on the way there I can hit the one in Memphis, Ohio, and PA. We have one south of us also in San Marcos.
The one in PA was just ok I thought. I think out of the 4 that I have been to the one in Ohio is my favorite. |

I've been in there several times and have yet to see anything I would want to buy for the prices they want for it, with one exception. They had a really nice love seat for a very reasonable price, but you couldn't get anything to match it. I think the wood pieces are ridiculously priced for their condition but that is just MHO.
good luck finding a bargain if you decide to go.

PB in Lancaster is great for some things. They have lots of bathroom things like towel bars, etc. If you happen to go there when they're having additional percentages off, you can get some great deals. I bought some pillows and decorative items there. I felt that the prices on those things were pretty good. I agree with the previous posters that the furniture is pretty banged up. Their furniture is so overpriced that, even with additional discounts, it is not worth what they're asking...especially with the damages.

I have found really nice curtains, kids linens, and the like there. They do have a great selection of things from Pottery Barn Kids and I got a really good deal on the Halloween trick or treat bags.
