Help!!!! Pop Up Won't Pop Up

Please Help!!!! We just got our pop up home(it was given to us). Well, we can only get one corner to go up. My Dad says it hasn't been up in years. Any suggestions????

When I was a kid we had a pop up and one of the cables broke that made it lift up so my dad lifted it up by hand and cut a 2x4 to fit to hold it up. It worked but I don't know that I would recommend doing it.

yeah, I'd try to manually pop it up. If it hasn't been up in awhile, it could just have a few kinks in it.

If it is like our 1973 Apache Ramada it doesn't use cables but a plastic/nylon chain looking systme with a double toothed gear at each end and you might have a heck of a time getting parts or the lifting mechanism.
