Lowe's Price Adjustment?

Has anyone been able to get a price adjustment at Lowe's when a product goes on sale after you have bought it? I have done this at Target but cannot find a policy online for Lowe's. The washing machine we bought is now $200 less expensive. Any expereince with Lowe's and this would be appriciated. THANKS.

I am pretty sure that they do. Home Depot does. They put our patio fire pit set on sale for $200 less a month after we bought it and we asked and they said no problem and told us it was actually $300 off (they had just lowered the price again).

The only experience I have had with Lowes is that I bought a garden shed and it was like 225 dollars at Sears but 250 dollars at Lowes. I went in and told them I knew that Sears had it cheaper and that it was in stock (because I called the Sears store to ask before I went to Lowes). I told them I wanted to buy it from Lowes so they just called Sears up and ask if they had it in stock and what the price was. Lowes gave me one of their sheds at Sears price plus an extra 10% off.

I just read on a site that was not Lowes that said most all the big chain stores like Lowes and Home Depot will refund the amount of the sale difference if it is within a certain number of days after you bought the product. I would call the store and ask!

I used to work there. How long ago was it? I'm pretty sure they will.
