Hello readers! Before I jump into my itinerary, I want to let you know that we are using Magic-Your-Way tickets with Park Hopper and Water Parks Fun and More options. I must admit this was the most difficult trip to plan due to late arrivals and many dining ressies. With two of our party members arriving late, I had to make sure that we got to all the parks while they were in the World. This proved to be no easy task. With trying the DDP for the first time, I have had to make 7 dining reservations for our trip.

In past trips DF and I have planned our days around whichever park has morning EMH. We do this for 2 reasons: 1) “we’re too excited to sleep!” and 2) We like to get the E-ticket rides before the lines become outrageous. This trip will be no different. On most days we will be attending the park that has morning EMHs on that day. Then “hop” over to another park/resort for dining and some late night fun. Before hopping we will most likely be returning to our resort for a quick rest and/or swim.

Ok here we go, let us know what you think!:

Tuesday May 20:

Arrive at MCO at 9:30
Take Magical Express to POP
Check-In, Grab Snack, Wander Around (If the room isn’t ready)
Resort Hop?
Mini Golf (Fantasia Gardens)
Dinner at the Captain’s Grille (Tentative…no ADR yet)

Wednesday May 21

Seaworld! (For the morning and early afternoon)
MGM for Mama Melrose ADR
Fantasmic!

Thursday May 22

Morning EMH at Magic Kingdom (Rope Drop?) <-That would be a first!
Head to Animal Kingdom for a few rides
Animal Kingdom Lodge for ADR at Boma
Pleasure Island? (Adventurers’ Club please!)

Friday May 23

Morning EMH at MGM Studios (I refuse to call it by its new name.)
Meet up with our late arrivals!!!
EPCOT for ADR at Le Cellier
Illuminations!

Saturday May 24

Magic Kingdom for our (very early) ADR at Crystal Palace

Sunday May 25

Morning EMH at EPCOT
MGM Studios for the afternoon
Beach Club for Dinner at Cape May Café
Pleasure Island

Monday May 26

Morning EMH at Animal Kingdom
EPCOT for ADR at Teppan Edo (So excited to try this restaurant)

Tuesday May 27

Blizzard Beach for the morning
Polynesian Resort for ADR at O’Hana
Magic Kingdom

Wednesday May 28

Check-Out

Our first trip we went non-stop from about 7AM till Midnight or later (that was just the two of us). Since our last trip and this upcoming trip include others we have learned (reluctantly) to break in the middle of the day for naps/swimming

That is totally how my DH or my youngest son Adam would respond to being asked to stand still.

Great itinerary. However on your MK morning EMH day, is there a rope drop suring morning EMH?

I have no idea how it works. Although we think we wake up pretty early , we've never actually arrived before the park was opened. Do they not have the opening ceremony when there are morning EMH?

I'm not sure. I don't think that I have ever made it to park opening on a morning EMH. But I thought that I had read that there isn't the normal opening ceremony on AM EMH.

If there is one thing that is certain when we go to disney is that we often need a vacation from our vacation lol. We tend to sleep when we return back to RI where things arent quite as fun as things in WDW.

I love the pic of you all in the carriage and in Minnie's garden. Those are the kind of pictures I always want to have, but time seems to get away from us, and we rush, rush, rush rather than enjoy our surroundings.
I see you guys are going to be able to fit the Adventurer's Club into your itinerary. I'm still working on squeezing that into my July trip. We've never been, but it sounds like so much fun (according to everyone else on the Dis).

We typically rush as well, but I'm a fanatic about pictures. The Adventurers' Club is a must-do on this trip - we missed it last trip and like you, have heard great reviews on it! I hope that you're able to squeeze it in too!
