This thread has made me so excited to stay at POR. I was really torn cause I was staying my entire vacation at BWI on bounceback when the AP rates came out. I have wanted to try PO but didn't want to pay full price when I can get a room at the Swan/Dolphin for the same price. With the AP rate I decided to do a split stay. . .Now I am at POR for 5 nights and BWI for three nights. . .this has me VERY excited. . .and these pics have SOLD this place to me.

nurse darcy you will love it there! I've stayed at both places and you can't go wrong at either!!!

I'm staying here in October and I am SO excited

I stayed there when it was still Dixie Landings a long time ago, but I don't remember it well at all. We should be in the AB section since we need the trundle bed, which, based on the pictures, I think I"ll like more than the mansions. Thanks for all the great pics! I can't wait!

I also am really excited about staying here!! All these pictures are great.

My four kids and I will be staying here for the first time Aug. 22-24. We can't wait!!

Same here. It has gotten a few bad reviews which worried me at first. The good reviews outweigh the bad ones. Everyone has their own tastes. POR just doesn't suit some. I think it looks absolutely gorgeous. I don't know where they will put us, that's a part of the surprise for me. I know I will enjoy it no matter what.

POR is such a beautiful place, it would be nice if they did the photopass "private sessions" here. I have seen some of you on that thread!

It seems they are only at deluxe resorts.
