pack n play
I am wondering if anyone has used a pack n play here? we are a family of 6, one that will be using the pack n play. we will also be using the trundle bed. while looking at the pics i am not sure where there will be room to put the pack n play. any ideas? i know it will be a little cramped but we will be ok. we stayed at pop in one room before we had the last baby.

the only place i can think of for a pack and play is in the area of the sinks, as long as it's folded up during the day, you should be okay to maneuver around it during the night. there is an area under where clothing gets hung up. if you put the one end of the pack and play against that wall, you should be fine to use the one sink and get to the bathroom even with it open.

Has anyone ever brought a toaster with them? Are you allowed to do that?

We brought a toaster, purchased from garden grocer, and ate all our breakfasts in the room. Even though we were on the dining plan, it worked out very well to not have any food out of pocket. On our first day, mousekeeping unplugged it, but nothing was ever said, and I didn't leave it plugged in for the rest of the trip. We will be doing it again in july in 92 days

These pictures are great!! We are going to WDW for Christmas Week and right now I have WL booked, but it is very $$$$$. I am considering staying at POR instead. I have seen a few pictures of POR at Christmas and they seemed to be in the lobby area. Is that basically the only place for Christmas decorations, or do they decorate around the grounds as well. Thanks for any tips!

We debated staying off-site our second week (we're at WL first week) but after seeing these photos we're already in love with the place, it looks like a great place to take Matilda for walks in the evenings to help her get to sleep Anyone have any more photos of the various quiet pools in Alligator Bayou? |

It is only the lobby that is decorated. near the pool, they play jazz versions of christmas songs to help to get you in the mood. You will also see people who decorated their rooms, maybe lights going around the window. We picked up a door hanging that I taped to the door, along with our tree. With a corner room, you could see the tree and lights from either direction walking towards our room. christmas at disney was the most magical thing I could have done for my family.
