I was stuck in that position and ... It took 4 strapping young boys to hoist me back on my feet
Personally, I'm a popper! I love me some black heads.

By the way Valentine's day at Disney SEA was great and I'm going to start a combo Halloween and Valentine's day TR soon. I have tons of pictures from both parks for those days.
I can't wait to see your pics and to read your TR. I am really intrigued with Disney Sea!

Oh I am looking forward to reading about your experience on DCL. We're considering doing a Disney cruise, but I have to convince my friends and family that they can survive on a cruise ship that doesn't have a casino

Here's a hint of what's to come.... my DS said that he liked the cruise ship better than he liked WDW!! It was worth every penny and more. Disney replaces the casinos with a whole deck just for kids! Also, the shows and food were unbelieveable!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Post Day 2 - Aromas At Bomas

Day 2 of our Disney vacation we planned to be in Animal Kingdom. We also planned to eat breakfast at BOMAS!! WE had not been to Bomas in 6 years! As my DW and I were getting ready for breakfast DS was writing down his thoughts from day 1 of our vacation in his journal.

Before we left NC we put together a Disney vacation journal so that DS could write down his memories of the trip.

Now it's time for our reservations at BOMAS! DS put his birthday button back on and we headed on down to eat. The cast members said happy birthday in an African language to DS but I do not remember how they said it. All I know is that it sounded beautiful and put a smile on DS' face. I guess I should have wrote things down in a journal too. The cast members at Bomas made my DS feel very special. They treated him as if the buffet was set up just for him.

We were seated and we thanked God for the food we were about to receive (I repented in advance for my gluttonous ways). We tried to display some self control and restraint but the sights and smells overtook us. DW told me to use my Offensive line skills from football and clear the way so that we could attack the food! There was a 250 lb. man blocking the isle to the eggs and I tossed him out the way like a horseshoe. "Here, take your kid too and stay out the way! Can't you see we're hungry?" O.K., it didn't go down like that but the Aromas at Bomas were getting to us.

I didn't journey too far away from the following station. If I'm not mistaken one of these dishes is called Bobota. Well, all I know is that it was D-E-L-I-C-I-O-U-S!!

After we were good and full the cast members spread some more Disney Magic our way and brought our DS a Birthday Breakfast Cupcake.

Nobody does it like Disney!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Up next..........our day at Animal Kingdom!

I think it is so cute that your DS was writing in his journal. What a great idea!
We are trying Boma for dinner in June. I am so excited to try it! It sounds great.

Great update! I have never visited AKL or Boma. I think I need to put that on the to do list for our trip in August. A journal for your son is such a great idea. Definitely a great way to show kids that writing can be fun. I'm a kindergarten teacher and always encourage parents to get kids writing for authentic purposes. And this is a great example! I'm going to share this with parents at conferences next month.

Are you and your family planning on returning to WDW soon?

Not soon enough for me! We plan on moving into a new house this summer so WDW has to take a back seat in 2008 unless God blesses us! I know nothing is impossible with GOD!! But He will have to do it for us this year.

OK, I was chuckling when the 'Pixie Dust was on your hair' thinking "this guy thought we might be bored??" NEVER. Then you had me about falling off my chair LOL (hope I didn't wake up my DH) as I read the above quote I was glad I hadn't taken a sip of my Diet Pepsi at that moment.

Many thanks for sharing your trip with us. I'm looking forward to more
