Holy Smokes! I may faint from shock!

I have been one of those unlucky Disney "new" website users that has not had luck in pulling up my reservations or linking them to the new site.

I logged in today, and lo and behold, all of my reservations were there!!!

I even had a countdown on there - which is off by 1 day - but oh well, all of the other information is in there correctly!!! Oh, happy day....

Of course, I printed it all off (and had it printed from the previous website as well) because probably the next time I log in, I won't be so lucky.

Just wanted to post, because maybe they are making some headway.

I think things may be turning around because mine are all there, all correct -and I have a split stay so it was a bugger getting it to accept 2 different reservation numbers! All of my ADRS are there as well.

I must say as frustrated as I have been with the website lately, I do like the new layout & think it will be great once it's fully functional!

I also have not had any Passholder issues on the new site like I did every single time on the last one. Keeping my fingers it stays this way!

I do like the new layout as well, but I was just getting so frustrated with it because it wasn't working. Now that I can see everything there, all laid out (including my ADR's), I can see how this website might be more functional. I also like the daily planner thing on days where I have nothing, they have suggestions to "add magic to my day". Very cute.

Mine is all there today too BUT why oh why does it say I can do online check in 51 days???? We check in on April 28th-51 days seems way too soon to do online check in.

firstwdw I guess all the kinks aren't worked out! Unless you can now do online check in at 60 days out that I'm not aware of! I also had trouble when making ADRs...when I'd go to pull up the menus, it would stick on the breakfast menu. No matter how many times I clicked on lunch or dinner, it kept bringing up breakfast for a few places. Also in the Passholder area, the 1st page advertises an early spring discount "through Feb. 22nd 2013." But the 2nd page says "through March 22nd 2013 (which is correct). It was very very slow navigating through the ADR process but that could have been on my end. I'm hoping every day gets a little bit better!

I think....that the new site will allow check in at 60 days out now....I didn't see on the site where I can do on-line check in, but I didn't play around with it too much since I didn't want to "break it".

We check in on 4/18, so I bet I can check in in 41 days....

I think it's because of FP+ where at 60 days out, you will be able to pick FP+ attractions once you check in....

This is all rumor of course, but what I have read.

Ahhhh that explains it. Darn - part of the excitement for me is getting to the 10-day-out mark to do online check-in!!

We were part of the FP+ test in December. It seems like a great idea, but out of the 7 FP we choose before we left, we only used ONE of them. We weren't in the park or near the attractions we picked at the right times to use them. So for us, I doubt we'll use the new system. We're the type that hates to be tied down to dining ADRs, so to be tied down to attractions now just doesn't work.

I have the 60-day mark coming up next week for my Marxch trip, I'll let you know what pops up on my screen!

Candace, my Girls Trip will overlap yours...we arrive on 4/21 - maybe we can meet up & say hi! We didn't book the room yet, waiting for April AP rates & hoping for Poly.

Same here! logged in this morning and they had FINALLY linked my reservations to the new site. So happy. And as previously stated, online check in is now 60 days before you arrive instead of 10.

Hi all,

I have a quick question about online check in. If you do online check in does that mean you lose any ability to cancel if you have to? On a room only you have until 5 days before to cancel, does checking in online change that?

Do Room Only reservations check in 60days early now too or just MYW packages? Will Fast Pass Plus be for anyone staying in a Disney Resort or just those who have purchased packages? I was so close to switching to a room only reservation due to the much better cancellation policy and now I do not know what to do.

I too have had access to the new site, but only at work. My Ipad will not pull up the new site, but will get the “My Disney Experience” app. The app has all of my ADRs but not the resort reservation. The new website is a vast improvement from the old one, in my opinion and has everything from ny trip listed and accurate.
I wish I could access the new site from my IPad so everything looks the same. The old site has lost my ADRs and has my resort reservation listed twice with the same confirmation number… I have everything listed on my personal spreadsheet, so I'm not panicking.

Mine is working too. I almost fell off of my chair. I'm so excited. We are 12 days out and I am going to check in later when I have my credit card in front of me.

I just got on the website to see mine and not only is mine on there but there are two other reservations that do not belong to me. I can see their names and everything.
What's funny is when you click on the details of their reservations mine name is listed along with the names in their parties.

What do I do? Call someone and let them know? If so, who?

Count me in among the happy DISers! I've been trying to do online check in for the past nine days, and although I had linked my reservations to the new site, and could bring them up and look at them, I wasn't able to check in. Today a window popped up saying the site wanted to load the reservations again from the old site to the new and when it was done, I could do online check in just fine. And not a moment too soon, since I check in tomorrow!

I think when they get the bugs worked out, the new site will be nice. It's just been so frustrating when things didn't work, and there wasn't an option to go completely back to the old site (I would get half old site and half new some days ).
