I believe that if you can see your entire signature, its all good.

Everyone should keep in mind that even though they may be able to see their entire signature on their computer, it doesn't mean that everybody else will see the entire signature.

If you have a wide screen, a lot more will display before you hit the 250 pixel height limit. Someone with a smaller screen resolution will not see it all because your signature will 'wrap' earlier, and will hit the 250 pixel height limit before the entire signature displays.

Just something to keep in mind.

Just to use Laurie's signature as an example:

Here's how it looks on a monitor resolution of 1280x800. This is probably what Laurie has and what she sees on her computer.

Here's how the same signature looks for someone with a screen resolution of 1024x768. Notice the 2nd countdown only shows a small portion of the 'text' just above it. The countdown that would appear lower is below the 250 pixel limitation and does not display.

And here's how it looks for someone with a computer monitor resolution of 800x600. Again because of the way the signature 'wraps', the 2nd countdown does not display at all, and the 1st countdown only partially displays. Notice the text below the countdown is not fully displayed. In this case the 250 pixel limitation occurred halfway through the text below the 1st countdown.

Hope this helps.

Thank you for the advice. Hopefully since I have a laptop and can see it, others can, too. I'm not a "tech" person, so I'm just hoping everything's on the up and up. I can go back and tweak it a bit if I need to.

Your laptop is probably 1024x768 resolution, or greater.

Note that someone who has a screen resolution of 800x600 will not see the 2nd DVC resort banner you have.

I was editing my post above to add the examples at the same time you posted here. Hopefully those examples help explain things a little better.

Cricket...what happened to our ability to upload a signature picture?

I need to delete the one I have and add a customized signature photo.
Thanks!

That feature was on by mistake. You can still add photos on photopost though (I think):

If you can see it and you don't have any images over 600 pixels wide, you are most likely ok.

I tried to crop my picture down to the permissable size (pixels)....when I do, it still exceeds the file size. When I keep reducing the pixels until I get it down to the limited file size of the signature (19.2 Kb), I'm left with nothing more than a dot.

I don't see how a 19.2 Kb picture is even large enough to see?

Is anyone else experiencing this issue?
I was trying to take a digital pic of our trip and use that.

Post the original here and someone will reduce it for you.
