2 things that keep me out of the M&M jar...low cal

Ok, one of the parteners in my office has a glass dish (ok, actually 2 glass dishes) that he keeps on his desk and he fills them with M&Ms one for plain and one peanut.

Well, the sound of the candy covered pieces being poured into the jars wakes everyone up in our little office. Its kind of like that whole thing with Pavlov and his dog .

But, I am trying to stay away. This is what is helping
Lifesavers - Cremesavers
Chocolate & Carmel Creme

I can have 3 for 60 calories. And 1 last longer than a dozen M&M's.
The other thing that is helping me is gum. Strong, long lasting gum.
And tons of water, who had time to munch when you are walking across the hall once an hour.

I just wanted to share my find. I am thinking also of Hershy's Tastations...I havent had one in years so I don't know if they are still out.
