Oh dear Emma, you enabler you! Tomorrow I will be off to purchase the potion you described. I have very curly hair and I am always looking for products to help tame the curls especially in the hot and humid air. I have a flat iron (Not a Chi....although it is on my Christmas list! ) so I will give it a try and let you know how it goes.

Your mom must have been separated at birth from my mom. She always wanted good Catholic boys (for me and sis) or girls (for brother) for us. I ended up finding one. Brother currently is dating one, and sis...well she is still searching.

How did Aramis like the pic?

A whole can!?!?!?!

Heh. I haven't told Tammy about the kitchen sink yet. maybe we'll go there on the day of Anthony's birthday and order it.

Would 6 people be enough to eat it?

I'm glad you stayed at riverside- I've never been there.
Can't wait for more of your pics!

Ooh, those beaches & cream pics made me hungry!

Your mom sounds a bit like mine! She's been trying to marry me off for years!

From the back of your head, you remind me SO much of my dance teacher! I should see if I have a picture of the back of her head for comparison.

Great post! The pics are excellent (Dart's too!). I've been thinking of POR for our next trip. I'll definitely request the mansion section, so I guess I should be thankful we DON'T have a CM discount???

Also, not only have you convinced me to spend $$ on hair products, but I may end up going out for ice cream tonight! Either you're an excellent salesperson, or I am a complete sucker.
Beaches & Cream looked so, so yummy!

Yay, another post and it was nice and long. You have such flair in your writing. You make me so happy. We need more kids like you in school. Beaches n Cream sounds wonderful. I can't wait for my trip. Update soon. I have to say that your new one is rivaling your old one for my favorite TP. They are to dance fight it out or maybe have a runway walk off.

I agree - straightening curly hair is quite the battle. I finally got a ceramic flattening iron last year and it has made such a difference! I will have to have my own section of the counter in our bathroom down there though for all of my various hair products - separate ones for curly hair days and straight hair days and perhaps for when I would straighten and then curl with a curling iron ....

Beaches and Cream looks fantastic! I don't think that we'll be hitting there on this trip, but if I ever get a chance to go back, I definitely want to check it out.

Whew! I'm all caught up now!

Vero Beach: I hadn't been there, so it was nice to see pics of it.

Riverside: My favorite moderate! I actually prefer the rustic Laura Ingalls Wilder beds.

Beaches and Cream: One of the many reasons I'm glad I bought Beach Club Villas points 5 years ago. You've discovered some of my favorite stuff there! I refuse to take part in a Kitchen Sink experience. I think it's quite gross with every flavor and topping melting into a huge mess. But that's just me.

I found the hair straightening thing informative. But as I have paper thin wavy hair, I am lucky enough to be able to forego the flat iron if I want straight hair.

Actually, so far it is my favorite resort and section too! I have yet to try POFQ, which I'm there next week!
