code rate

I called Disney today to book for my father who is coming for two nights to see his grandkids at the park. Is it true you cannot "purchase" the dining plan if you get your room under a code rate? Man, Disney really knows how to get there money.

Yes it is true. The code is a room only special. The dining plan is part of a package. You can not apply a room only code to a package.
