Lovely to hear what you got up to ... and see a pic of your husband . I never met him onboard ! All in all would you take children of the same age around Europe again - for all of us that had teenagers it looked such hard work for you guys with the little ones . I don't know if I would have had the patience !! I think giving Rome a miss was a good idea - it was SUCH hard work our 17 yo DD nearly fainted with the heat and crowds and we had to get her a taxi back to the train ( we went with her !!) . We will do Rome again - in the winter !!

OK, just found this info on the Internet...unfortunately, I wasn't able to find it before we left. Looks like theres info on buses and taxis. Good luck!
