Undoubtedly: Rose & Crown in the UK. Ask for a table outside. Maybe try to get an 8:00 or 8:15 ressie.

check what time Illuminations is the night you are planning to eat there. If it is at 9:00, I would try for a ressie at 7:30ish. Outside tables always go first, but they usually let the guests eating inside step out to view the show.

It is a great place to watch Illuminations from.

Please note that while you can request an outdoor table when you check in at the podium, you cannot offer/ask to wait until one becomes available. As with the overall practice of Disney restaurant reservations, you get the next table for your party size, at or after your reservation time. In recent months, the options have been, 'take that table' or 'dine elsewhere' (conveyed with extreme politeness, of course).
