Show-n-Tell help for letter N...

help please! I need a show and tell item for my 5 yr old for school tomorrow. Only thing I can think of is a nickel, and not sure if that is good for 5 yr old. LOL

Any suggestions?

Try this website:

A few they have -- nail, napkin, net newspaper.

thank you all for the great suggestions. I think were going to go with a nail or news paper. The nose is a great idea, if we still had our mr potato head pieces.

I book marked that one dictionary site for next time i am stumped.

Get this...my 4 year old daughter has the letter X for her school show and tell and even better there are 3 kids who do the same letter each week and she is the last one that week. So I am guessing that she will be the third child to bring in a xylephone--assuming that we even still have one hidden in the basement! That is unless I can get my hands on an x-ray!!

How about a "note" for the teacher that says "Gosh! This was a hard one!"

A Newspaper clipping or a necklace should work.

LOL this letter of the week for show and tell is not fun. We haven't gotten to X yet but I am so not looking forward to it.

If you lived closer, I'd lend you an x-ray. As it is, I'll keep it safe and sound for DS's X week.
