tour planning guide? - The DIS Discussion Forums

Is it worth it to buy the tour planning guide from www.touring plans.com? I've checked out the "free plans" you can see on their website. Has anyone paid to see the whole thing? Did you really use the information? Is it helpful enough to warrant the expense (albeit it's not a whole lot of money but would it be better used on a souvenier?

These touring plans are very good and well worth their price. You can avoid lines amazingly well if you follow them. I won't go to WDW without those or TourGuide Mike. Even during July, we rarely waited in any lines, and the lines we waited in were our own fault, because we were not following the touring plans we had!

both guides touringplans and tgm are very good. i use both. for the amount of money i did touringplans. they have many different type of plans for instance, late arrival, evening, morning, senoir citizens, mvmcp plan etc.

it's a years subscription and for the cost it was well worth it.

I signed up for touringplans, and I'm glad I did. It's worth the $8.

That said, everyone's family is different and it would be hard for anyone to come up with a generic plan that perfectly suited individual tastes. You have to understand your own family and go with the flow.
