Wheat allergy...

Hiya!

I'm supposed to make some stuff to bring in to work on Friday (Thank God we have a small office!) and one of our ladies has a wheat allergy. Does anyone have any tried-and-true recipes that would be safe for her? I hate to try a new recipe that I have no reviews for, so I thought maybe someone here could pass on something they KNOW is yummy

Thanks!

When I worked w/a woman who was gluten intolerant, I made chocolate covered strawberries-maybe choc covered oranges or apples?

I know there are various recipes for peanut butter cookies that don't involve wheat. You could search for one at allrecipes.com
Of course, peanuts are another food that a lot of people are allergic to, so I always mark foods made with them that are going anywhere outside the house.
