Amy - you sneeky, sneeky

I was under the assumption that you didn't get to see the fireworks that night!

I so glad you did and can't wait to hear all about it!

Yeah Amy I'm glad you got some pixie dust. My heart was feeling for you. I know how it feels when you promise your kids something and it doesn't work out. They get over it faster then we do, glad you didn't have to disappoint.

This Tr Rocks The House!!!!

Here's some notes I took:

1) I cant believe YOU were profiled at the Yacht Club! Me, yes. YOU, no way!
2) What's wrong with grocery sack luggage?
3) Does your van have a constant supply of fresh snacks in the seat cushions? like cheerios or Boo Berry?
4)BOOST!!!! Your woman NEEDS a cell phone by next vacation. Sooner if possible. Probably 20 times a day we'd simply call and say "Where are you?" ...."OK, be right there."
5)Captain Jason is a hero! I hope you wrote a gushy thank you letter! Maybe you'll get a Million Wishes prize?!

AMy - great stories! Rhonda mentioned something to me about the fireworks thing. But I was under the assumption as well that you didn't get to go. How fircking (NOF) cool is that? MAN! Sounds like Wesley isn't the only magic magnet!

Blessings!

I explained that we just got into town, this was our plan for the night, so I guessed we would be going back to our room. And I wasn't crying. Yet.

Amy. Your story is fantastic. Your kids are just beautiful. But you must know i think that as I have seen their adorable faces many times. I can't wait to keep reading. I am hooked.

This last passage was just beautifully written, and your ability to convey your thoughts and feelings of this very important trip is excellent. Glad to hear this potential pitfall has a magical ending....You must be most persuasive!

Thanks for taking the time to share.

What a great story, Amy. I tell ya, all those wonderful CMs and things like this are what make so many of us come back year after year. It is the magic we all experience that makes this such a special place! Can't wait to hear how the cruise went. (We did it in 2005 and had a ball!)

Amy - I won't quote that last little bit, too. Since that would be redundant. But I want to. So you know how beautifully that conveyed the experience. Maybe it's because I've met you. Or maybe it's because I've stayed at the YC and I can picture where you were. But my mental picture is as vivid as if I were there.

You are a great writer. Keep 'em comin!

AND GO DAWGS!!
