Alcohol run from Orlando Airport
Is it possible to buy beer/wine/rum at Orlando airport when we arrive so we can stock our room for the week? Will we need to cab/bus it to a store?

Also to cut down on teh cost of the cab take the resort but to DTD and catch the cab there and take it back to DTD from Winn Dixie and catch the resort bus back to your resort it will save you 5 or 6 bucks likeley and hey that is money better spent at Disney LOL.

But the question really is - is there a Liquor Store at the Airport that we buy goods at and then take the ME without having to go to the extra effort LOL

I don't think there is ...
anywhere at the airport that sells alcohol other than Duty Free shops.
If you are willing to pay airport prices for beer, wine, etc... most resort general stores have a selection (albeit small) of wine, beer, coolers you can purchase for equally high prices. Most of the grocery delivery services will also deliver beer, wine, rum with a more reasonable price and better selections than the disney stores (you will have to pay a delivery fee though.) Taking a cab to a local store is probably your best bet. |

At MCO can you purchase Beer or wine to take with you to your resort? Has anyone done this and if so, is it that expensive compared to the local Winn Dixies and Goodings?
