What are the chances of get a studio at SSR for october?. We are looking for the 1st or 2 nd week of october. We also are up for another resort or a split stay if need.

It's F&W and things are pretty booked up in Oct...though we just booked, about 10 days ago, a studio for 10/15-18 at SSR (all that was available) and we waitlisted BLT and BWV and the waitlist just came through for BLT. I heard of others not being able to get a studio at SSR for the dates they wanted.

Get on the waitlist now. We got a THV at 11 months and AKV at 7 months. I think you've got a chance.

Put your waitlists in now - hopefully something will open up. We had a waitlist for a studio at OKW for October a couple of years ago, and it filled. It has gotten to the point where you need to book early for the month of October - it is such a popular time for DVC members to visit.

Can't speak for the entire week but as for the weekends, you are going to have to rely on the waitlist.

We were (stupidly) waiting to book our F&W weekend based on the Eat to the Beat schedule. The first 3 weekends in October were sold out everywhere (well, except AKV & VWL - I didn't check those because we don't care to stay there). Ended up booking the end of Sept. & waitlisting for Oct.
