Thumbs up Just back from CBR and CSR!!!

We have just came back from CBR and CSR and definitely like (even love) them!

Caribbean Beach Resort
----------------------
Building we stayed at: Jamaica 2nd floor

Although our room were quite far away from Custom House, walking for us is a non-issue. We loved the beach (of course, this is a Beach resort). And 7 bus stops is also a thing that we shouldn't afraid of! We always got a seat in the bus even we were in Jamaica. But sometimes, we walked to Barbados and caught the bus there. CBR was beautiful and the rooms are slightly bigger than the ones at CSR.

Coronado Springs Resort
-----------------------
Building we stayed at: Casitas 2 1st (ground) floor

For building architecture, we loved CSR more than CBR. Casitas were awesome and cool at night. I have never seen building like this. Ranchos and Cabanas didn't attract us so we request Casitas. Dig Site is great, too. The pool (I think) was bigger than the one at CBR and we liked the temple. And we sometimes walked around CSR at night because CSR was very beautiful at night.

We didn't eat at both CBR and CSR. So, I can't share my experience. Sorry...

Overall, we loved our stay at both CBR and CSR and would like to stay there sometimes in 2007!!! and !!!

Transportation

As I mentioned above, transportation was great!
For details:

Caribbean Beach Resort
-----------------------
Seven bus stops didn't make us feel horrible.
Transportation from CBR to MK --> Great, even though it was a long journey.
[25-40 minutes]
Transportation from CBR to EP --> Nice and fast (I like this trip!).
[10-20 minutes]

Transporation from parks to CBR --> Crowded (especially from MK), but nice (even though one time we had to wait for 40 minutes long).

Coronado Springs Resort
------------------------
Bus services were very, very efficient. Many seats were empty.
Transportation from CSR to DS --> Quick and smooth, no long wait for the bus.
[10-20 minutes]
Transportation from CSR to AK --> Seats were only 1/3 full and very fast.
[15-25 minutes]

Transportation from parks to CSR --> Not so crowded and pretty reliable.

Since there are no boats and monorail transportation from both resort, I can't tell you. Sorry for that.

Summary: Transportation was great. Only one time we had to wait for 40 minutes (from MK to CBR).

Do you mean go into the water? I don't know about that thing. When I stayed at CBR, I never went/dived (dove) into the water (because I thought it wasn't allowed). I just sat by the beach or lay on the hammocks (there are some hammocks). Those things are enough for me. But if there is a rule that allow us to dive, I'll go into the water!!!

You aren't allowed in the water at CBR or any of the lakes on property. If you want to get your ankles wet no problem.

I have lots of pictures of the beaches at CBR up on my website listed below.

There is a fresh water amoeba that lives in Florida lakes that can kill you. Not to mention alligators and other creatures.

Thank you so much for the review of both properties! It seems CBR and CSR are always in competition. It's nice to read a review complimenting both resorts. I'm so glad you enjoyed your stay!

Glad you had a great trip--at both resorts. We love CSR...and we've not found anything as beautiful as CSR at night.
