just call and verifiy the ressie. even if the tags don't show up its no biggie. but if you are worried that they don't have you down, its just a call away. better to do it now and ease your mind than to worry about it.
last trip we didn't get our tags either but our reservation was still listed when I called. We chose to collect our baggage and bring it with us but you can just give them a discription of your bags and claim check number...it's worked for others.Hope you have a wonderful vacation! Tosh |

Just got the tags today with no flight info.
There is a bar code at both ends about 18" long. Is that one tag or do I seperate in the middle and make 2 tags?

IT'S ONE TAG!!!!!!! Sorry to shout
It should be about 12"-14" long and about an inch or inch and a half wide. Do NOT separate it horizontally - what looks like perforations is just cuts to allow it to fold into the booklet more easily. If you have two or more tags, you can/should/need to separate them vertically - one for each suitcase/traveler. Loop the yellow tag through the suitcase handle. Remove the square backing from (only) each end of the tag - do NOT remove the bulk of the backing. Adhere the two exposed adhesive ends together as squarely and securely as possible.

If we use the ME luggage tags, but don't ride the bus (we will be renting a car for our stay) will they still deliver our luggage to our room?

I also received my DME packet, however it had 'no flight info" listed. I had called and added this over a month ago and I believe I saw the flight numbers on my online reservation when I paid in full.
Do I need to call them and get this corrected? More importantly, do they really need this information, or am I ok b/c I have my booklet and yellow tags? |

One recommendation: Make sure you put your cell phone number on your luggage tags! We used Magical Express to the Polynesian in September, and our bags were delivered to the wrong room! The people in that room had been there for a couple days, so it wasn't a simple mix up. Bell services were not able to find them. Fortunately, the person who's room they were delivered to called the number on my tag and we were able to get them back!

Can the 4 of us check more than 4 bags at BWV when we check out? Using Delta. Or did I read it is 1 bag max each now?

As long as those bags have been paid for, I can't imagine that you wouldn't be able to check them with RAC.

On the return flight, at BWV I assume you can "pay" right there for checked bags correct (I think its $25 on Delta EA), you dont "prepay this somehow do you? And also get your boarding pass.

I know that some people have reported being able to pay for their bags right at RAC, but that hasn't been my experience at BW. I just pay the fees the day before, right to BAGs. But, that may not be the case now. The last time I flew it was in Dec and I flew on JetBlue..so didn't need to pay any extra fee.
