question about what is included in POP kids breakfast. cash vs. Dining plan

I have a question about what is included in the POP kids breakfast meals. The menue on AllEars says a kids meal comes with a bottle of water AND a juice/milk choice. Do you get this with if you are paying cash too or is it only with dining plan credit? I'd hate to use a CS credit for a meal that is $4.09! We were planning on doing breakfast out of pocket. But do we still get the water and juice/milk option if we pay cash instead of credit? The menu didn't distinguish if it were only for DDP or cash option too.

I do not believe beverages are included when paying OOP. Only when it's a combo meal.

We didn't have a DDP last June and I remember my DS5 drinking lemonade a lot in the refillable mug.

I've never stayed at POP, but at the GF I had gotten their grand breakfast that came with everything, one waffle, one pancake, eggs, bacon, sausage, biscuit, etc... That one platter fed our entire family

You could also throw some small juice boxes in your luggage for the kids. I always bring a few just to have with us.

We got a drink with our kids meals when paying OOP but just one drink...that was at ASSp, but I think they are pretty much the same.

It's because you aren't getting a 'dessert'. On the DP you get one with lunch and dinner CS meals. But since there are none during breakfast they just give you another drink instead.

When we had the dining plan we did not get 2 drinks with the child's breakfast combo at any of the locations that we had this. We got either a juice or a water, but not both.
