Here are some from my first trip to Orlando in 2005. We did the Adventure Tour.

It was taken with a waterproof camera and then scanned...

Lunch during the tour...@ SHAMU's Pool!!!

I'm the one in the third row...with maroon shirt! I loved the Kraken!!! We rode it like 4 times.

Finishing the evening with Dine with Shamu...

Hi silverangel, awesome pics!!

So you did the Adventure Express VIP Tour? I have it booked for this August. We did it a few years ago and lunch was not at Shamu's pool, it was in a cafeteria type area near where the clydesdales are. I wonder if it changes tour to tour?

Thanks again for the pics

Thanks, Cass! I don't think that it changes, I remember the Tour Guide telling us back then that it was a "New Thing" having the Lunch there. I didn't know it when I booked. So I hope it will be there when you go!!!! Shamu didn't do anything it was only there...swimming...but it was soo close!!! I couldn't stop looking at her!!!

I wish I had known about this, because I booked dinner with Shamu on the same day. Now we are having lunch and dinner with the big girl.

That was exactly what happened to us back then! But in my case, I was spoiling myself on that trip so I didn't mind being two times with the big girl!!! (Plus I LOVE Whales and Dolphins!!!)

LOL that's so funny.

Last time we did the VIP Tour they gave us a menu of sandwiches and desserts/drinks to pick. Then at lunch all our lunches were ready, did it work that way for you too?

Thanks for all the info!

No, ours were more like a light buffet. Slices of different kind of bread, ham, cheeses, some antipasto, fruit, gelatin, and the drinks. I got scared at first because it looked to light but it wasn't. You could make q pretty good sandwich if you wanted to. It was better that way because we had half day of walking ahead...Nobody wants to walk with a bloated belly

I was just amazed at what these trainers could do with the whales!

Here's the "stage" for The Clyde and Seamore show.

I just love looking at all these pics, can't wait to get there and take some of my own!
Now what do you all suggest...I have a digital camera, but a little worried about it getting wet. Should I buy a disposable waterproof camera for this trip?

I used my dig camera all the time, never got wet. But we only did the shows and animal attractions.

You could get wet, really wet for some of the shows. As long as you don't sit in the soak zone you should be fine. I always carry a zip lock with me for my video camera, wallet, dig camera in case it rains.

That's my opinion

Oh duh, I feel stupid I always put our sunblock in a bag, don't know why I didn't think of that for my camera. At Disney I always freak out when we get on Splash Mountain, no more worries now!!
Geesh I guess I've gotten my hair highlighted one to many times!!
Thanks for the advice!

Speaking of plastic bags..

My kids insist on sitting in the splash zone so in addition to packing heavy duty zip lock bags for the cameras, I also pack our rain ponchos and a garbage bag for our back pack. Before the show, I throw the back pack in the garbage bag. When going on water rides, I throw everyone’s' shoes into the garbage bag & the back pack too. One more use for zip lock bags – I throw some ice & a wash cloth in the bag and use it during the day to cool people off.

Great pictures!
